Is this a problem only with the iOS device? On the web ui everything is fine and you have endpoints for everything (heating input, heating output, cooling input, cooling output and temperature)?

Yes. Only on IOS. Web UI ok. My wife is on Android and no problem. I reinitialised IPhone but same problem.
And same problem with other iphone.

I just opened the iOS application and experience the exact same issue for all my thermostats.
