I can not change my security pin code

Need Answer

I can not change my security pin code at my.zipato.com.

I have not been able to set any code and Think that the default code is 0000.

When I try to change from 0000 to a new 4-digit code did I receave the message: "Failed to update security PIN. Please try again."
