assossiation fgr-221 roller shutter impossible

hi,
I'm trying to associate my fgr-221 but when Ido 3 klic on the B bouton of my fgr-221 it say on web controler "join not successful".
I also tried to reset the box, reset the fgr-221, unassossiate the fgr-221 and it's the same.
What can I do now? I need your help please.
