Create a new Zone to post Rules examples

it would be great to create a new zone in "Response" folder to post Rules.
I have some rules that i use to notify low temperature, other to start my swimming pool pump linked to water temperature.
I think other users have rules to share.

Don't underestimate the dumbness of 'join'. :) It kills only the rule it's in.
