Zipatile keeps logging out

Hi I have a Zipatile with the latest firmware/software installed as at 24/3/18 and unfortunately after I log in the device logs me straight back out and keeps doing this. I can no longer use the Zipatile.
If I log in to the app it did the same until I reinstalled the app. I have checked and the username/password is correct.
The same problem

Thank you for swift response - just worked. Disappointed that this bug got through testing. The homepage has now lost all the favourite apps and I have had to re-set these up. I am disappointed as I would like to invest more in my home automation set up but feel that this is still a 'beta' product.

Thanks. All I did was press upgrade, nothing else. 100pc certain did not clear cache etc.

Please upgrade upgrade Zipato application to v.2.3.2. This version doesn't have this issue any more.
