Video Streaming Ebode IPv38

I'm trying to see video streaming via web (and iphone app) but if I click on "Open Remote" (see attachment) I am redirected to this url:
http://XXXX.cam.zipato.com:8888/
and browser says: No data Received
If I click on "open" I see camera's web application and I can see video streaming. Local video streaming works fine. I also configured Ftp and I can upload static image.
Any ideas for remote streaming?

Problem fixed! It's mandatory that wireless cam be in the same subnet of zipato box.
