hi,

i buy a zipabox and fgr 221 roller shutter from fibaro last week and i can't associated this unit.

So i decided to buy an everspring an157 to do a test for know if the probleme went from my zipabox or my fibaro. and it s the same ! with the two unit when i try to associated on my dashboard it say "join not successfull....

PLEASE ! HELP ME !!!

hi,

thanks for you're answer.i do what you say and it's the same...the stage when i get "join not successfull" is Immediately after pressing join button.

the distance between my zipabox and my everspring module is 20cm and there is no obstacle.

someone says me, because i had saw this un vera and zibase, maybe it s the zwave chipset who passes in secondary controller... may be a way for the solution...
