Unable to save a rule when I modify a scheduler

I have a rule that is using a scheduler.
When I modify the scheduler, the button "Saved" stay black and Saved. It does not change to "Save" in red.
The same problem

When u change something in the scheduler then u don't have to save. I do sync but don't know if this is necessary.
