Impossible to syncronise

Hello,
Since yesterday, impossible to syncronise my Zipabox, when I press on syncronise it runs, and after a few time, displays actual date and time (like usual)
But if I refresh the page, it display the last sync time (yesterday).
I can still turn on and off device from my computer and IOS but the after 2 seconds the light comesback on on the dashboard (or IOS) but not in the reality.
I've tryed to reboot the zipabox twice but still the same issue.
Could someone help me?
