Help for a simple rule with temperature trigger

I need to create a rule that controls the pump to a boiler (managed by a relay Fibaro) in function of the temperature of a tank.
example:
When the temperature of PROBE 1 is > 60C turn off the relay.
When the temperature of PROBE 2 is <40C to turn on the relay
How do I rule?
If I type in a simple way: When temperature is> 60 LIGHT action, every minute has command of the relay ON.
I have to handle variables?
I tried to figure but as a rule it does not work.
Will you help me?

If i made a rule like this picture, when the themperature is > of 60°, the relè named "ON OFF CALDAIA" is turned on every one minute (received the command ON, not OFF and ON).

When schedular every Hour
If temp<60
Action turn On
Else
Action turn off
