ip cam not vieuwable on dashboard

hi every body,
my ip cam works fine , but i dont see it on the window of the zipato dasboard, when i click on the snapshot a big window opens en i can see it and that is also the case with the video streaming.
when i do a ftp test result is cannot connect too the server.
does someone habe the solution too fix that.
