Problem with my axis Camera

I have a problem with my camera axis.
I fail to see it from the box.
When I configure, I get to open it locally and remotely from the control center. This opens me a web page with the image. But impossible to visualize directly on the pavement

You can also add codec and stream profile like this:
rtsp://xx.xx.xx.xx:554/axis-media/media.amp?videocodec=h264&streamprofile=mobile
