You can use wildcards in the rule filter

You can use the wildcards * and ? in the rule filter. I just found out, by accident.

Well if you have rule names, or meter attribute names in rules, or variable names in rules, that match the pattern, only those rules will be shown.

Imagine you have a variable called WorkingDay, and another variable called Weekday.

If you write W*day in the filter box, all rules where WorkingDay and Weekday are used will be shown.


Tip: don't write directly into the filter box if you have lots of rules. Instead, write the text in Notepad or somewhere else, and then copy and paste it into the box. Otherwise you'll have long pauses after writing each letter.
