The backup module sensor and meter are locked

Hello,

I have a problem with the backup module. Sensors and meters are locked.

If I remove the power the battery_status meter is always NORMAL; the shock sensor does not detect any shocks; the temperature never changes.

I opened a ticket but got no answer.

Hi Davide,

There is no ticket about your problem in the system (there's only one ticket with your e-mail, and it's closed), please open a new one and we'll go from there.
