Everspring TSE03 playing every 10 minutes

Hello,
I've got a Zwave Everspting TSE03 door bell, with its button. The issu i have, is that the bell is playing every 10 minutes, alone, without pushing the button.
At the beginning, i tthought it could be because of the distance, but when i looked the "log", i could see that the bell is playing every 10 minutes.
Could someone help me ?

After resetting both (button and TSE03), and removing both devices, the problem was solved
