How to configure Fibaro FDG211 Dimmer to operate with toggle switch?

I installed the Fibaro Dimmer but I have a toggle switch and the Fibaro default setup is for a momentary switch. I read in Fibaros Documentation that there is a possibility to change the behavior of the module, but apparently only with the Fibaro Home Center.
Does anybody have an input how to solve this?
