Hi all,

The DSMR4 variant of P1 is not currently supported. It will be as soon as we get a sample meter in the lab.

So if your meter is Iskra or Kamstrup, it is supported. If it doesn't work please open a ticket at support.zipato.com.

If your meter is Kaifu or Landis+Gyr, at this moment it is not supported and you can either wait until we support it or request an RMA (again at support.zipato.com).

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

The only difference is the baud rate.

normal: BAUD:9600/DATA/BITS:7/PARITY:EVEN/STOP BIT: 1

DSMR 4.0: 115200, 8, N, 1)

Hi Tom,

remember this Email?:

Hi Lars,

I've connected to the computer and got the information I needed.

I will add support for this meter.

Did you program any special options into FTDI USB to serial cable (maybe strip 8th bit or something similar?)?

Since I didn't get this data through your P1 module, Milan will replace

that one with a new one, since there's probably something wrong with

this one.

Once you get a new one, connect it to the left side of the Zipabox and to the meter, and let me know once you do.

Thanks,

Tom

I'm having the same problem. But support is having a look. I hope they find a fix to resolve it.

(From Netherlands, DSMR4 from Landis)

I'm happy to say that Zipato since this week supports my Landis Gyr E350 smart meter which uses the DSMR 4 protocol. It took a few weeks but their support was very willing to first support the DSMR 4 protocol, and later to investigate/resove the issues with the E350. The E350 is special because it uses an open collector connection. It requires a pull-up resistor in the hardware or cable. I now received a modded P1 module and I'm very happy that I can read my house's energy levels in the portal and app.

Leon,

I've got the same problem.

Also with my Landis Gyr E350 (DSMR 4) meter. Zipabox 'hangs' in de inclusion proces.

I mailed support.

What was your ticketnumber so support can find the solution more easy?

Thanks!

He guys, How did you get past the Inclusion Process? I have the Landis Gyr E350 DSMR 4.0 from Stedin but i can't get past the inclusion process step. Is there a special button combination on my meter?
