Using Fibaro additional inputs

Hello,
I have a few rather simple questions which I cannot figure out myself:
Q1: I would like to use e.g. Input2 on my Fibaro dimmer (FGD211) to control another Fibaro relay switch. In Device Manager>Fibaro Dimmer>Bindings I check the desired relay switch, but nothing is working. Even if I use the Rule creator with Sensor>Control building block it does not work either.
Q2: Why is there no Bindings tab on Input2 on Fibaro single relay switch (FGS211) in Device Manager?
Thank you very much for answers - I am totally new to Zipato, so your help will be much appreciated.
