Chart panel is not updated for new data
Under Consideration
Issue: When I set the chart panel to chart per hour for an enregy meter, the chart is rendered but not updated for any new readings that come in.
Workaround: refresh the entire browser page (F5), but then you also need to set the chart again.
Fix: refresh the chart when new events for the chosen endpoint come in.

New workaround found: switch the chart to a different endpoint and then back to your originally selected device
