Can't remove aeon labs range extender

I everybody!
I remove unfortunately my range lab extender from my zipato dashboard. But the aeon lab range extender wouldn't include anymore!
How can i do?
Please Zipa support, help me!

Did you try a reset first? and put the close to the box and try a reset of the zipabox first then add/reset.
