There is a option for upgrading the zipatile 1 to 2 with 50% discount. I live in turkey and have 3 questions

1- what is the price ?

2- how do we exchange devices

3- who will transfer the "already installed" devices and settings

in general the price is 50% of the regular price. Exchanging devices will be defined in the submitted ticket becuase every user could have specific requirements so there is no general rule about it.

If you are interesting in this offer, please submit a ticket and Zipato support team will help you to replace your old zipato controller with the new one.
