Cant find firmware update button

Hey!
I wanted to update my firmware, becose of a connecting problem with an aeotec device.
But i dont know what happend with the firmware button:
I saw this topic. But for me there is no such button.
Any ideas?!

Hi,
We suggest you do it via mobile app though:
Select your system:
Tap Devices:
Tap three dots next to the controller you want to update:
There, tap Firmware:
Select which option suites you and then Upgrade:
In web app, which you are refering to in your question, you first have to click your system:
There you will find your controller and click settings button next to the controller name (and serial):
There, you will find a drop-down for firmware selection and button LOAD next to it.
But again - mobile app is a way to go.
