Touch panel switch with NO configuration

Dear Zipato!

I would like to make some configuration of my touch panel switches however, the configuration options are missing at some of them. I can configurate most of my switch but the configuration in one button switches looks as on the photo attached instead of the normal as seem on the other photo.

What is the problem with them? Same brand as the others.

Please advise me what should I do to be able to configurate the switches.
