I buy a IP camera (Sunluxy), it work (I can see video streaming mjpeg and snapshot) but the ftp function don't work. Can you help me?

hi i have a problem with my camera it works and suddenly the picture gets black and i can move the camera haer sound talk but i cant see a picture is this a problem with the camera or i cant change something in the settings and it will be okay tell me i didnt use even one time
