I´ve started using the new mobile app for Android now that I´ve shifted for the new V3 platform.

Do any of you also experience that the app is very slow to use?

I am using a Huawei Mate 20 pro and I´ve set the app setting so that it should start at startup and be able to run in the background.

But it´s so slow and takes around 13-15 secs to startup whenever I need to do any task like:

-turn on/off light

-open the front door

-run a scene

It´s quite anoying and takes all the reason for having a app away.

Hello,

The issues you described aren't necessarily related to the mobile app's functionality. I would suggest that you submit a ticket with a more detailed description of a particular scenario where you experience the mentioned delay, and in comparison is it the same when you use web ui for the same scenario.

I cannot see how I can make it more detailed??

I can just confirm that it was not an issue with the old app when operating it via the android widgets.

Yes the app is slow it takes a long time to start...

The same here. The V3 app is much much better, but very slow compared to the old one.
