Unable to add WGR800, joint failed

Need Answer

I am trying to add a new WGR800 on the Zipabox with RF433 interface. (REM: chacon modules are working on the same interface).

Each time I start the detection the countdown goes down to 0 and ends with a "joint failed" message.

I have tried the following sequences:

- Simply start detection

- Remove batteries for 1 minutes in the WGR800, thne start detection, then add batteries (took 10secs)

- Same as above but also pushed the reset switch after having installed the batteries.

Any idea
