Synchronisation failing constantly

Under Consideration

Synchronization not possible since November 13, 2021.

It is also impossible to download the latest firmware because the Zipato server seems not to respond.

However, access to the box is possible via the application.

We can not add a new component because the synchronization is no longer done.

Hi,

Same thing for me : not possible to synchronize my rules with the server.

I've attached the error message that I get when it occurs.


And moreover whenever there are sync problems, the "Send Message Email" feature is not working (see the Topic I raised on this here).

I don't know what's happening, but this problem occurs very often.

It would be great if the Support Team could explain to us what's going on !
