can't synchronize the rules

Under Consideration

Just tried to synchronize corrected rule and got message Fail! Contact support.

Tried update zipatobox and reboot pc. Result is the same.

maybe there is a mistake in one of you rules

turn off all rules and synchronize with a rule on does it work?

then turn on all the rules one by one and see what goes wrong

I have the same issue. I modified an existing rule by just changing a value. Now I get the same message.

I it working now. I have not touched the rules, so I assume it was some issue on the other side.

Same here, Disable all rules, remove all rules, upgrade firmware to Beta version 1.3.144 doesn't help to sync rules.

I opened Support ticket.

Now, I have the same issue again! The plattform seems to be unstable. This is getting annoying....

Yesterday was again - didn't synchronize but today working.

Bad that we didn't get any answer from Zipato service yet((

Hello,

I have also same problem some times.

This topic was raised 33 days ago... And no response !


I've raised a Topic 56 days ago regarding an issue on the "Send Message mail" feature here ... And no response !


It seems that Zipato support team definitly chooses to which Topics they give answers to :-(


I'm still waiting for some explanations about the reasons of the issue I raised and also when it could be fixed.
