light and motion sensor - rule creator

Hi,
I have a motion sensor and some micro module for lighting control.
I want to do this:
when I go to the room the motion sensor send ON command to light, and after 15 min, IF NO motion is detected, then the light goes OFF.
please guide me. Thanks

This rule turns on the light for 15 minutes and then turns it off. If there is movement in the room after that, the light will come on again for a quarter of an hour.
