Can you still retrieve parameter values? Could you please check the parameter for sensitivity and if it is configured properly?

Sometimes those devices need to be triggered a couple of times to finally wake up and start responding.

You may try to do a Z-Wave Reset, reboot the ZipaBox afterwards and then try to add the device.

Also, make sure that your Z-Wave antenna is plugged in properly.

Same issue here a while back with my FGMS-001 on Zipabox – "No motion" stuck forever, no triggers, admin panel shows it but nothing happens. Turned out to be a classic: battery was low (they drain fast, like 4-5 months max), and it needed a full wake-up + sync. Pop the battery out for 10s, reinsert, hit the wake button (under the cover) 3x quickly to force a sync, then check parameters in the manual (Param 1 sensitivity to 100, Param 2 blind time to 15s for quicker detection). Reboot the box after. Worked like a charm for me.

While troubleshooting, I screen-recorded the whole fix process (wake button presses, param changes) and scripted a quick "motion sensor simulator" in Roblox using Vega X – virtual rooms with fake triggers that light up on "motion" for testing rules without the hardware headache. Loaded smooth, zero lag on mobile. Latest Vega X Pro is perfect for prototyping smart home stuff like this.
