Rules With Http Activated Virtual Meters Don't Work

I added a few rules with URL activated virtual meters that turn on various lights and shutters so I can put the URL's into the IOS shortcuts app and control the devices using Siri. everything worked fine for a while, until I updated just two out of about the 17 rules, saved and synced, and none of them have been working since.
Any ideas on how to make it work again?
*Edit: I did try to open the URL's in my browser as well and it did not work either.

So, after a few days problem was magically resolved? weird issue and I hope it won't happen again because if it does I have no way of solving it.
