24 days and no reply from zipato. No messages, no replies to the post, community filled of spam..
And No signs of life from social accounts since months..

It is indeed worrying this lack of response from a Zipato administrator. Yet the coupon purchase service for ZIPATO credits still works ... I recently bought the backup and alarm call/SMS service for 2023, I'm afraid everything will stop. And given the investment that everyone has put into their Zipato hardware with the significant time spent configuring it, all this is not reassuring ...

When you search for zipato on internet or in the communities you can deduct that zipato is either not having any support anymore or dead.
I expireince the samen… also i beed tonswitch portal but i cant because i have ziapto 1 soni need to sell a newer version.
Guess what inwill buy but then a brand that will support 🫣😔
