Hello I have a issue with my account on http://support.zipato.com/
if i put my username (email address) and request a new password. A reset link is sent to my email account.
Then I can choose a new password. But when my new password is set and I want to log in on http://support.zipato.com/ with my email adress and the new chosen password I get the message:
Invalid Username or Password
The same problem 
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work

You should control your username from your zipabox. if you remove the username from contacts page or users page , you can't log in to http://support.zipato.com/ . when you add username, you should log in. if it isn't ,send mail to http://support.zipato.com/
