not able to join nexa devices

Need Answer

I have the Zipabox Duo.

I have failed to join my nexa devices. WMR-250 and EYCR-2300.

Actually, twice i managed to add the devices, at least they showed up in the list of devices (dashboard told me that it failed to join), but I was not able to control it.

I have a tellstick duo which works with the devices, and the tellstick shows me that signals are transmitted when I try to join the device to my Zipabox.

Device memory has also me cleared.

Any suggestions?
