3G Iphone remote connexion

When I drive back home, I use Zipato on my Iphone (4S and 5S) to switch my outdoor lights on (by night).
It is really hard to get it on, sometimes. The touch does not respond and my wife and I compete on our own Iphone to get more chance.
We also often get error message : "username or pin incorrect" so we click "ok" about 4 times or more and then we get into the remote. Sometimes it gets stuck and we give up. Then we walk into the dark from car to house.
(Username and pin are memorized)
The same problem

I guess this should works with the new Iphone app which should arrived at the end of the month !
