Hi Zipato team!

I can give you for a beginning big thanks for the support. I successfully transferred to V3 will your full assistance. Thanks!

My question is now, if I try to install new (black) Zipato app from external SD my Zipatile says it has no space. What I can delete without effect on the system later? And, as I have app on the phone, will later all synchronize when starting new app?

As now when I try to synchronize I get “ fail to synchronize the box with server” (old app still) is that the reason?

Hello,
It's great to hear you successfully transferred to Zipato V3 with assistance! That's a big step. Let's tackle your storage and synchronization issues.
Regarding the "no space" error when trying to install the new (black) Zipato app from the SD card, this is a common problem. Zipatile's internal storage is limited. Here's a breakdown of what you can try, and the potential impact:
What to consider deleting (with caution) Official Site
Old App Data: The most likely culprit is leftover data from the old Zipato app. This can take up significant space. However, simply uninstalling the old app might not be enough; sometimes residual files remain. Look within the Zipatile's file system (if you have access via a computer or file manager app on the Zipatile itself) for directories related to the old Zipato app and carefully delete their contents. Be extremely cautious here. Deleting the wrong files can corrupt your system. If you're unsure, it's best to avoid this route.

Thanks for the advice! So, after checking for old Zipato app data and trying to free up space, what do you recommend as the next step? If I still can’t install the new app, is there another way to make it work? Also, do you have any tips on safely deleting unnecessary files without risking system corruption?

Great job transitioning to V3! Try clearing cache or unused apps to free space. Sync issues may need a reinstall or update.
