Issues with Z-Wave Device Inclusion/Exclusion and Network Healing on Zipabox 2

I'm experiencing some persistent issues with my Zipabox 2 regarding Z-Wave device management, specifically with inclusion/exclusion and network healing.

Lately, I've found it increasingly difficult to successfully include new Z-Wave devices; they often fail to add after multiple attempts, even when very close to the controller. Similarly, when trying to exclude devices, the process frequently times out or fails to complete. Furthermore, running a Z-Wave network heal often doesn't seem to resolve routing issues, and sometimes even causes previously working devices to become unresponsive. Your Texas Benefits website

I've already tried:

Rebooting the Zipabox 2.

Checking the Z-Wave frequency settings (Europe, 868.42 MHz).

Ensuring devices are factory reset before inclusion attempts.

Has anyone else encountered similar problems with Z-Wave inclusion/exclusion or network healing on the Zipabox 2 recently? Are there any known workarounds, specific firmware versions that address this, or advanced troubleshooting steps I might be missing? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
