Motion activated rule, with memory

Im looking for a way to include some sort of memory to my motion activated rules.
My rule now:
When motion is activated, light goes to 75%, after 20secs it goes down to 25% if no motion is present.
What I want:
When motion is activated, before the light dims to 75% as set in the rule, I want it to remember the level before it is activated, and then go back to this state after the time is up. If the value is manually set to 50% before motion is activated, I don´t want it to dim to 25% after, but 50%.
In PLC-world it is possible to write to a memory, then use the value in the memory later - is this possible in the Zipabox?
Is there any way to make such rule in the rule creator? :)

you should be able to middle store the values via creating variables. But be aware of that variables are reset up on restart of the device or other power loss.
