Arm disarm

I struggle to use the alarm through the IOS app. When I press "[Arm home]" it says "Arming" and most of the time it enters [Arm home] mode. Not all the time though.
When my wife uses her login on the IOS app both arming and disarming fails every time. The message "Arming" or "Disarming" is displayed but Zipabox then falls back in the previous state.
What can be the issues? The alarm currently consists of only one window sensor which is in correct (closed) state.
