I want to fully use the system without external connection.

basically using the rule creator. I also believe the scheduler function runs from internet as well as the time...... so it will run the rules, but only after you have created them first.......

I understand I need to have an Internet connexion to define rules then the solution can run without Internet ?
Data, rules , private informations are stocked locally
Is there a subscription to be able to define the rules on your system ?

no, but certain "professional" rules or device classes will cost a one time fee. Though if you buy the box before FW version 1.0, these rules are free of charge.
