Box Offline - solid Blue

Hello,
the box was online, then is start blink blue. I leave the box in that state for the all night.
This morning the box was in the same state (blinking blue).
Then i make a Hard Reset of the using this link: https://community.zipato.com/knowledge-base/article/zipabox-hard-reset-procedure.
After fixed green LED light, the box goes to fixed blue LED light and stay in that state.
What to do now?
