HI,

I have problem with danfoss radiator valve.

I use it for open and close my heating water circut.

I created 2rules, but danfoss temp is not set according the rule.

What i must do ?

virtual termostat ?

tried, but there is a minimum 1 segree difference, which is not comfortable level

any other taughts?

or i create 2 virtual thermostats?

one for heating and one for cooling?

and what i select for input and output and thermometer selections ?

"there is a minimum 1 segree difference, which is not comfortable level"

I find this a bit exaggerated.

The virtual thermostat sets only the set temperature at the Danfoss.

The temperature is regulated by the Danfoss itself.

The hysteresis in the virtual thermostat is only required for the regulation of an electrical heating, for switching on and off.

You can also use the virtual thermostat in your rules.

ok,

but, can you explain me bit specific.

What I have to do, to hold etc. 23,3C.

I have Danfoss living connect acting as heating regulator and fibaro multisensor to get temperature.

What I have to do ?

1. Create virtual thermostat ?

and set only "heating" and "thermometers" , and not cooling ?

as in the picture :

What happens then ?

if temp reaches >23,3 then heating is opens danfoss?

if temperature reaches 23,3 or more, then Danfoss switches off ?

is it correct ?

It looks you have virtual thermostat pro, the hysteresis should be 0,5 . If you set temp 23,3 then heating turns on 22,8 and turns off 23,3.

You also need to remove heating input so you will only have heating output (danfoss) and thermometer (finaro).

still not work,

Did like you said, but seems that thermostat living its own life.

Any other toughts?

Hi Christian. Can I ask, how are you enabling your boiler with your current setup. What I mean is, if 1 of your Danfoss TRV's opens the radiator valve you also need your boiler to fire so that you get heat through the radiator. How are you achieving this?

can you send me screenshots of the configuration ?

Hi Risto

I think you might have a look at your virtual thermostat configuration. Because if you add your danfoss valve in the virtual thermostat as target then it will overwrite your values automatically.

I use a virtual level meter as a dummy target for each virtual thermostat. Then I am able to set the temperature on the danfoss.

I hope this helps.
