About fiability

What are your main concerns?

I'm thinking of this sometimes to but other products have other problems. Currently there is no product without problems. The home automation market is just kicking off and it will take sometime to stabilize.

I think zipato is on the right track but the have to keep improving to keep up with the competition. Also the cloud environment has to get more stable.

I'm sticking to zipato and i think to box is getting better everyday and also Zipato is a great company with people working very hard.

I would like to be agree with you. But every days I spend a lot of time to anderstand why a rule didn't started or didn't stopped.

To days I recieved 4 plugs. 5 minutes were necessary for included 2 of them ... that great ... But with the sames plugs (Fibaro) .. The including time didn't work (60sec ...) .. I spend more 1 hour to try evrery think to have (I didn t know how) this including on my network.

- The Climat tools ! Great ! But Where is the documentation ? Why there are so many think in side ? When you believe to find the way to use it .. An error message appear after validation !!! Simplify : on or more thermometers and on action .. that all !

- Virtual Station thermometer : A very great idea ... For me it doesn't work ... no documentation to explain how to you it !! I m waiting for months for having any issue.

- The rules : Many fonctions doesn t work ! No possibilities to explain why ! Where is the mistake.

- I m waiting to have the possibility to delete the groupes ...

- Did you tyed to create a new one ? You just allowed to select ONE composant ? It s not anouth to constitute a groupe for me !

Lack of instructions for use is the main issue, from my point of view. Even if the community can give some useful advices, the basic operation should be covered by a knowledge base. To avoid boring tests..

I just bought the "only one of rare modele" of Zwave push bouton (FUNK ZW WS) .. The box didn t acceped it !!!!!!!! It detected it, but after waited 60 sec .. it said all time Included failled (Yes I tryed un included ...)

The climat widget have it s programmation. It is on automatic position. It s synchronized. I had waited a long time. But I have alway "personilize" position, that I don't want. !!!!!!

I tryed to use the other temporary functions. But no way.

I have 4 plugs for Chrismass lights annimation. I started to create One rule with ON Wait OFF ... Simple ?

The distance between Box and plugs are include to 5 to 15 meters.

It 's never switch off automaticly.

I created scenaries : One for open, a second for close. Manually it Work, but not when it is included inside the simple rule.

I created 8 rules with 8 timers differents but at the same time.

It switch on, but some time it didn t switch off

Manually it work .. not with a rule !!!!!

Yes I had desactived all rules, saved and re actived it one by one. I have nothing else to to ???

stop the frustration. I know that sometimes things don't work like they should do but that's home automation.

Can u post the rule so we can have a look at it.

Now I want 19,1 the average is 18,7 ... so what the box is waiting for ?

on your thermostat issue it comes from hysteresis I think. The heating will start only if temp goes to "temp requested" - 1° and stop at requested+1°

I don't see any "off" in your rules/screenshot. But what are you trying todo?
