Add another user to control alarm

I'd like to allow another user to control alarm with the mobile app.
I created a new user in general settings and checked the alarm control.
When I click on the key next to the user name in the users settings (general settings) it says: add user to security partition first
In security partition there is a "user" setting but no way to add another user.
Then if I log with id/passw I created for the new user, it says user not found or wrong password...
How can I add this 2nd user access please?

After logging out/in I can see the accounts, however, I can not delete them. Also, sporadically I get an error stating that partition does not exist while trying to save user changes in the security widget. I think it's not critical, but confusing a bit...
One thing I can not figure out is how to change the pin for the new user. I get prompted for my pin and new user pin/confirmation but this does not work. I also tried entering 0000 as "my pin" but no luck. Is there any "special" procedure for that?

this is a known bug. It is fixed already, and it will be published with the new firmware upgrade tomorrow.

I have reported the same issue (mine is regarding other users' PIN modification). I was answered by support that is has been fixed but we need to wait for fix deployment. I hope it will be part of the next firmware. Sebastien mention in another thread that we could expect it to be issued this week ... keep our fingers crossed

I have also reported the same issue in this thread : http://community.zipato.com/responses/cant-change-security-pin-for-a-new-user . Sebastien announced a new firware to fix it two weeks ago. Unfortunatly no deployment :-(

Well I finally accessed the dashboard with 2nd user credentials, but I allows to control everything. My wish is to only grant access to alarm.
Btw what is the default PIN for new user?
Cannot find it.

1) I'm NOT able to delete an user; it says "deleted" but it stay in the list

In other words, all remained at the beginning..... and it is still to solve.....

I am still having the same problem... i can not add another user so he can control the house as well! It says that the owner does not have a ROLE 2?!?!?! What should i do?

Hi, I found a solution. It had something with user rights. Click the username in the alarm panel where you add users. Then a popup window appears where you can change the user rights. Check the arm and disarm rights and it worked for me.
