Add device hangs with text Starting ...
Known
The first few times when I started to add a new device it started fine and the popup windows counted down during some time. After trying to add devices a few times it hanged and just says "Starting...". Tried to restart the box, another computer etc but no success. Also found out together with Smart-telematik (in Sweden) that I have a box with the wrong antenna and/or connector.
What shall I do? Can I reset the box to factory-default? Other suggestions?

What do you mean exactly with "wrong antenna and/or connector"?
Which firmware version does the box have?
Have you actually been able to successfully add a device, or never? Try emptying the browser cache and reloading the control panel.
Always add your devices as close to the box as possible, <1 meter. After inclusion put them in there final place.
Maybe Zipabox is not on your LAN. To check:
- go to your router admin page
- look in attached devices / dhcp clients list for probable IP number of Zipabox
- put <ip-number>:8080 in your browser e.g. for me it is http://192.168.1.9:8080/
- if it does NOT show "404 not found" your Zipabox is NOT on your LAN
- alternatively, in a command prompt C:> PING 192.168.1.9 Does it respond?
