Hi,
Since your two last update . . . the inclusion of new device is very bad ! ! !
I have very difficulty to include . . . my Fibaro Universal and my FibaroWallPlug ...
The same problem

Real-time notifications may not work
it's my first zipabox and i'm trying to include smoke detector, multi sensor and plug in on off module, nothing is running. Join not successfull for all.
the version is 0.9.971.

But with this version is that sometimes Z-wave module freezes. Unplug power supply and plug it again for total power restart, and try again...

It's really impossible ton include with three zwave module... i 'have the last version of the firmware... It-s really problematic.
I restard the box, restart the device, remoce the device, reset the device, try and try and it's the same problem...

After many trie and reset, I have been able to include 5 fibaro modules. Despite the final message "join not successfull", I clicked on synchronise and the module was inlude. Have you tried to synchronise or logout/login?
Also the antennas of modules were nearly touching the zipabox antenna

euh, i have included the device but : for 2 i have the text : sensor OF and i don't know how to modify the status and the power switch is on offline...
i don't have any information about the device (humidity level etc...)

Hi Bernard,
I was too optimistic. In fact the modules were well displayed, but without access to functionality and settings. I have removed them from device manager.
Today I did this with 2xFGS221 ans 2xFGD211:
1) Hard reset (triple click on B button just after power on)
2) Remove device/Start/wait countdown/tripl clik
3) Add device, choose generic zwave/Reset/wait countown/tripl clik
4) Join/wait countown/tripl clik
Now everything is ok, the 4 on/off modules works fine (dimming and on/off).
It seems the "triple click" must be as fast as possible for a good result.
I use the new firmware 0.9.972.

I've tried to reset the box, the device, removal and reset before: still no way to add any device!
The device is found but joining keeps failling.

It seems there is hardware failure for some zipabox series.
