Add KNX Device

After one day of struggling I'm still having the same problem: KNX network not found.

I've tried rebooting the Zipabox using the button and by unplugging the power. Does not change anything.

I've tried unplugging the KNX module, plugging it back, changing its slot (currently firmly in slot 2 next to the status LEDs). Does not change anything.

I've tried using the copy/paste from the KNX Import Tool (which seem to provide invalid address groups !!) and I've tried typing directly the group addresses. Does not change anything.

Needless to say that the Zipato KNX module has been successfully configured with ETS4, meaning it's on the KNX bus.

So I'd like to know what can I do ? Am I the only one with this problem ? Am I doing something wrong ? Is my Zipato KNX module broken or is my Zipabox broken ? Should I return these ?

One last thing: I don't have any Z-wave module configured on the Zipabox, I don't see why it would matter but now you know ...

Thanks but these are the exact guides I have been following because I bought the Zipabox and his KNX module from Domadoo :-)

I think the problem is that the new firmware is not yet avaible.

I have exactly the same problem. "No knx network error "despite the module is connected to the slot 2 and to the bus.

Is there any solution or is my device faulty?

I have the same a problem with communication KNX and Zipato. In the program ETS, adds the object KNX Boas 82x 87x, and KNX device detects Zipato, the LED on the module lights up, and it is ok. Zipato I add the device KNX, paste the address data from the ETS, I add the name and I set the end point. When I click on the save button, it displays the message: "failed, KNX - network was not found." What could be the problem? Thank you and best regards.
