Adding ZigBee LED dimming controllers

Hello all,

Our company is experimenting to use the Zipabox (with the ZigBee add-on) for our ZigBee controlled LED products. We think it could be a great device to make our products smarter and offer to our clients. But we found one problem; when we want to add a new ZigBee device, the Zipabox is unable to find this new device.

We use ZigBee wireless dimming controllers that are based on IEEE 802.15.4, and working on 2.4G. These dimming controllers supports ZigBee 2007 Pro protocol stack.

How can we fix this problem and get the Zipabox to communicate with our ZigBee LED lights?
