Aeon Labs energy meter not measuring

My Energy meter (aeon labs) is paired with my zipato, I connected both 3 clamps, but not 1 of it is measuring something. Did i do something wrong?
How do i need to connect the clamps? does it need to be over 1 wire? or over bot L&N ?
As what kind of device do i need to add the energy meter? generic Zwave?

Hi, i did remove and add it again yesterday. It didn't start measuring untill i checked it again today, but what is kinda weird is that only the main meter is showing results. The 3 seperate clamps do'nt show any results?

Hi, I'm also interested in this aeon labs energy meter, has anyone been able to make it work properly since the previous comment was last posted?
Also I don't understand how the clamps work; do you just put them around the wire? Is that enough for the device to measure the current?

yes, just clamp it over the wire.
