Hi,
I'm having a problem in joining an AEON Labs Key Fob.
It didn't seem to operate anymore, so I deleted it in the zipabox and I'm now trying to add it again. It doesn't find the device before the end of the countdown.
I tried to reset the device by pushing the mode control for 20 seconds, lights seem to indicate that the reset is ok, but I'm still not able to join it. I don't know whether the device goes in setup mode after a reset, or stays in group mode, so I also tried to push the mode button and then the learn button again, no success...
Can you help me?

Thanks, I had seen it and tried it, but it didn't help. I cannot reset with the zipabox (I stop at level 2 of the procedure).

Yes, I've added Fibaro FGS221 devices, it went ok.
The battery is ok (new device, plus I checked it - 3.03V).
I really don't know what else to do...

It didn't work. The reset fails too, it doesn't see the device. And I'm 10 cm from the zipabox. I'll try to return it.

I seem to have added the device ok and it appears in the rules creator (though not in the dashboard anywhere) but when I create a rule and press the appropriate button nothing seems to happen?

Tried again this evening and it worked!
Couldn't remove (stalled on 'Removing device...') just just reset and added again and it seems to be working now. I've just hidden the previous version and all seems well.
